FREE Standard Ground Shipping is applied on all orders within the Contiguous U.S.
We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order as quickly and cost-effectively as possible.
Domestic freight and/or handling is based on shipping conditions required to safely transport the products to your order destination.

0.1 — “Electronic Distribution Mechanism” means a mechanism generally accepted for the electronic transfer of data.

1.6 — All credit cards funds are authorized initially. When the item ships, the funds will be captured completing the transaction. However, shipping dates exceeding 30 days or longer, funds will be fully processed and captured within 25 days of the initial purchase. Credit card authorization amounts expire within 30 days from the initial authorization date.
1.7 — No refunds will be issued; In rare occasions we may issue a credit towards a future purchase. Also, transportation expenses will never be applied to your credit, even when offers like free shipping occurred.

- 3.0 GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
3.1 — Operating Hours: ThermoBid Customer Service Operating hours are Monday through Friday 9am-5pm, CT (USA).
3.2 — Placing Order(s): Orders placed using a telephone, and/or any form of electronic distribution mechanism are processed immediately. Electronic distribution mechanisms provide a secure gateway but could lack missing pertinent processing information.
3.3 — Canceling Order(s): Orders may only be canceled within 24 hrs since its initial order placement. Transaction fees will be applied and billed separately.
3.4 — Shipping Method(s): Within the Contiguous U.S., standard ground and/or ltl freight truck service will be used frequently.
3.5 — Shipping Cost(s): Free Standard Ground Shipping service will always be routed the most economical and safest way. Other shipping options are available but additional fee may apply. Contact our Customer Service Team for more information.
3.6 — Custom(s): You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from us, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
3.7 — Damaged Good(s): Orders containing damaged items should be directed to us only if we handled your shipping method. If goods left the Contiguous U.S. and our carrier was used, all claims should be handled through the carrier, not us. International shipments made through our carrier are always fully insured. Unless you state otherwise for your own carrier and/or freight forwarder to be used, all damaged goods are their responsibility and obligation, not ours.
3.8 — Incorrect Item(s): We only accept returns if the item can be returned to the manufacturer (restocking fee applies) or the item is not the item invoiced.
3.9 — Sales Tax: Sales Tax is applied to all orders within the Continental U.S. and U.S. Territories unless a Sales Tax Certificate is provided.
