We reserve the right at any time to correct any errors in the pricing or product descriptions.
In addition, we have the right to cancel an order or issue a refund due to typographical pricing errors and other circumstances.
- FREIGHT POLICY
In the Contiguous U.S., all orders ship standard ground (billed separately).
We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order as quickly and cost-effectively as possible.
Shipping conditions affect domestic freight and handling to transport the products to your order destination safely.

Our web server does not store personal information regarding anyone visiting our website. We collect the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail. The information we collect is used for internal review and then discarded. If you do not want to receive an e-mail from us in the future, please let us know by sending us an e-mail.
You understand and agree that ThermoBid shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses (even if ThermoBid comprehends the possibility of such damages), resulting from the use or the inability to use the product(s) and or service(s) or any misuse of the product(s) and or service(s) in a manner not following their intended use.
- 0.0 DEFINITIONS
0.1 — “Electronic Distribution Mechanism” means a mechanism generally accepted for electronic data transfer.
0.2 — “Modified” means unauthorized addition or deletion from the substance or structure found within these terms.
0.3 — “Terms” means this document.
0.4 — “Unless You State Otherwise” means individual preferences modified into our terms.
0.5 — “Updated” means authorized changes made available.
0.6 — “You” means an individual or legal entity exercising rights under and complying with all current terms and future updates.
0.7 — “Restocking Fee” is a fee a business charges for restocking the goods purchased on its return or exchange.
0.8 — “Authorization” is an approval from a card issuer, usually through a credit card processor, that the Customer has sufficient funds to cover the cost of the transaction. All authorizations expire within 30 days from the initial credit card authorization date.
0.9 — “Capture” is when a merchant, “tells” the credit card company of a completed transaction between them and the Customer. Now, the bank can transfer money. On a few occasions, when an item takes more than 30 days to ship, ThermoBid will capture capital before completing the transaction.
- 1.0 ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
1.1 — The following terms and conditions govern the use of ThermoBid World Wide Web pages.
1.2 — ThermoBid now grants any use of material/content within our website (excluding Section 2.1) to be used or shared but not altered in any form via any media known or later discovered.
1.3 — Updates occasionally occur and always abide by the most current terms.
1.4 — The date you first make commercial or non-commercial use of our site in any form, directly or indirectly, legally enters you into a binding agreement with our terms and conditions.
1.5 — To terminate or avoid agreeing with our terms and conditions, please do not use our website or content within for any direct or indirect.
1.6 — All credit card funds are authorized initially. We capture funds when the item ships, completing the transaction. However, for shipping dates exceeding 30 days or longer, funds will be fully processed and captured within 25 days of the initial purchase. Credit card authorization amounts expire within 30 days from the initial authorization date.
1.7 — No refunds will be issued; On rare occasions, we may give credit towards a future purchase. Also, all transportation expenses are non-refundable and excluded from your credit. No Exemptions!
1.8 — The authorized time frame permitted to advise us of damages, returns, and incorrect items are five business days. Starting from the delivery date, either at our CDW or your Ship-To Address, whichever one reaches first.
- 2.0 DISCLAIMER/LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
2.1 — UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES AND UNDER NO LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER IN TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), CONTRACT, OR OTHERWISE, SHALL THERMOBID, ITS EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS ARE TO BE LIABLE FOR ANY ERRORS, OMISSIONS, ACCURACY, QUALITY, TIMELINESS, AVAILABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS OF THE INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, OR OTHER MATERIALS AVAILABLE THROUGH OUR SITE. WE PROVIDE ALL CONTENT ON AN “AS IS, AS AVAILABLE” AND DO NOT WARRANT OR REPRESENT THAT THE INFORMATION IS ACCURATE OR RELIABLE OR THAT THE SITE WILL BE FREE OF ERRORS OR VIRUSES, OR THAT ANY FORM OF LOSS OR DAMAGE (INCLUDING ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, EVEN IF KNOWN TO US) MAY RESULT. - 3.0 GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
3.1 — Operating Hours: ThermoBid Customer Service Operating hours are Monday through Friday, 10:30 am-5:30 pm, C.T. (USA).
3.2 — Placing Order(s): Orders placed using a telephone and any electronic distribution mechanism are processed immediately. Electronic distribution mechanisms provide a secure gateway but could lack missing pertinent processing information.
3.3 — Canceling Order(s): An order may only be canceled within 24 hours since placed. No Exemptions!
3.4 — Returning Order(s): Service parts are non-returnable. All returns must occur within the authorized time frame (see section 1.8 above), have an approved return authorization form, and return in their original packaging. All returns carry a 25% restocking fee, and total freight charges on both the outbound and return shipments are non-refundable. The manufacturer must pick up the product using their transportation team; unless shipped to our CDW, You must return the product before the manufacturer picks it up.
3.5 — Damaged Good(s): Orders containing damaged items must occur within the authorized time frame (see section 1.8 above) and should be directed to us only if we handled your shipping method. For any order claiming any damaged items packed, please indicate whether or not the carton was damaged. Please also save the packing material and carton for our inspection. Shipped Domestic: We will determine whether Thermo Scientific will send a replacement or replace the item. In the case of a claim made after five business days, the warranty will apply (if applicable). Shipped International: Our freight forwarder fully insures all freight (unless requested otherwise by You). If shipped using your carrier, all damaged goods are their responsibility and obligation, not ours.
3.6 — Incorrect Item(s): We accept returns only if the item shipped is incorrect and reported within the authorized time frame (see section 1.8 above). The manufacturer will resolve it by picking up the wrong product and delivering the correct item.
3.7 — Shipping Method(s) & cost (s): Within the Contiguous U.S., the manufacturer will use standard ground and LTL freight truck service frequently. We ship the most economical and safe method (billed separately). Other shipping options are available, but an additional fee may apply. Contact our Customer Service Team for more information.
3.8 — Custom(s): You may be subject to import duties and taxes levied once a shipment reaches your country. You will pay additional charges for customs clearance; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from us, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country where you are receiving the goods.
3.9 — Sales Tax: Sales Tax is applied to all orders within the Continental U.S. and U.S. Territories unless you supply a valid Sales Tax Certificate.
